BREWERY LA PERCHEE

Attention beer lovers! The Pays des Achards now has its brewery with beers full of flavors while offering a family and committed concept.

Brewing tank, boiling tank and 5 fermenters allow the smallest brewery in the sector to produce nearly 250 liters of beer per brew.

Since spring 2021, the small company "La Perchée" has been producing around ten types of craft beers with a moderate alcohol content and lots of flavors:
- a light and floral white with an infusion of elderflower
- a blonde with character made from bittering hops
- a blonde IPA with fruity and floral flavors
- a sweet amber with notes of caramel and smoke
- a brunette with dark colors and coffee flavors
- festive beers according to the seasons.

These triple-fermented, bottle-refermented beers are made from organic, local and natural ingredients and in accordance with traditional recipes.

• Direct sales: by appointment at Brasserie la Perchée, as well as at “La Grange Perchée” during sales days.
• Points of sale: Mohair des Quatre Saisons in St Julien, Ferme de la Lière in Ste Flaive, Les Jardins de Corinne in Grosbreuil, the Chez Nini & Ferdi grocery store and the L'Atelier aux Achards bar/cellar.
Also to be enjoyed in the restaurants: Le Domaine de Brandois in Achards, La Table ô Généreux in Girouard, Le Lien and A Foy Son in Ste Foy.
