In organic farming, they raise Manech and Vendéennes dairy sheep and conservation Fossés goats.
- Dairy transformation into cheeses, yogurts, cottage cheese and cottage cheese
- Sale of tommes and matured drained cheeses (possibility of shipping the cheese).
- Sale of lamb meat, vacuum prepared, ready to be frozen (on order) and prepared meals (pâtés and tagines).
• Direct sales: on the farm, by appointment.
• Markets: Saturday morning in Olonne-sur-Mer (Villaverde car park).
Occasional markets in Ste-Flaive-des-Loups, Les Achards (Nature & Saveurs day) and Île d'Olonne.
