Parking and departure
Multi-purpose room car park (rue des Sources), departure from the entrance to Les Ouches du Jaunay green space. Descend towards the Les Ouches lake, then turn right. Then leave the banks of the body of water by the path on the right to join the road to Aizenay.

Step 2
Continue straight on the RD 55 road (caution) for 500 m. At La Florencière, take the 2nd path on the right then turn left.

At the road, turn left then quickly right, you pass in front of La Marronnière. At the next crossroads, take the road to the right.

Step 4
Once the hill is up, take the path to the right lined with many cork oaks. Continue for 1,2 km. Cross the RD 42 (be careful) and continue on the path opposite. After 150 m, turn right at the crossroads.

Step 5
Turn right at the next crossroads to reach La Malvergne, its orchards and its castle. Cross the RD 57 (be careful) and continue on the road opposite.

Step 6
Take the 1st road on the right, then turn right again (after n°14) into a dead end and continue on the dirt road. Back to the road, turn left and follow it for 700 m.

At the stop sign, turn right and follow the RD 55a for 300 m (be careful). Turn right at the farm and continue on the gravel path.

At the intersection, take the narrow path on the left to find the village of Martinet.

Turn right, then left at Calvary 50 m further (rue des Moulins). Turn left to take the path before the houses.

At the road, turn right then quickly left. The Chemin du Grand Bois takes you along the wooded Jaunay valley.

Go up towards Martinet by the road (rue du Jaunay) then continue to 40 bis. Turn left to reach the Les Ouches lake. Turn right along the banks. Take the 2nd path on the right to go up to the car park.
