Behind the scenes: in the Pays des Achards, part of the gourmet experience takes place between visits, points of sale and discoveries of know-how. Not all producers necessarily sell directly from the farm. There are several ways to buy local: sales by order to be collected at certain times, drop-offs at retailers, partner shops… and, in season, organized meetings.

  • In Sainte-Flaive-des-Loups, The Little Grain Farm Offers poultry, oatmeal, and muesli. Sales are by reservation only, for collection on site.
  • At Girouard, the Chancellor's Farm They transform sheep's and goat's milk into fresh and aged cheeses, yogurts, faisselles, and fromage blanc. Sales are by appointment at the farm.
  • In Beaulieu-sous-la-Roche, The Bellilocaine Bee offers honey, with sales depending on the harvest: online sales possible, and several collection and sales points in the town and surrounding areas.
