Classified as a Sensitive Natural Area, this preserved site offers an ideal playground for family nature outingsFor more than 10 years, the Pays des Achards Tourist Office has been organizing the Jaunay'Scapades, a series of fun, educational activities accessible to all.

Every Wednesday in summerFrom July 15th to August 19th, discover local biodiversity through a varied program: nature walks, creative workshops with natural materials, treasure hunts or, stargazing. These low-cost nature activities (€5) are accessible to everyone from 2 or 5 years old depending on the activities, and appeal every summer to both families on vacation in Vendée and local residents.

This is the perfect opportunity to better understand the richness of preserved banks of Lac du Jaunay in an original and friendly way!

The Jaunay'Scapades are part of the highlights of the year offered by the Pays des Achards Tourist Office. An unmissable event for all nature lover, big spaces andoutdoor activities in Vendée.

🐰 Wednesday, July 15 – Walk with Câlin the rabbit

With Beatrice Vincent – For ages 2 to 5 - La Baudriere (St-Julien-des-Landes)

A sensory and playful adventure for toddlers, discovering Câlin, the mischievous little rabbit! As you go of a nature walk With Béatrice Vincent, children observe the traces left by their new friend, collect leaves and treasures from the forest, and discover nature while having fun through games, stories and exploration.
