Christmas markets
Let's start with the marchés de Noël which are increasing from year to year in our territory. That of Beaulieu-sous-la-Roche is the biggest and most famous of them all! More modest, but just as welcoming, Christmas markets will take place in other towns. THE farmers and craft markets, often initiated by producers from the Pays des Achards, will help you discover local know-how.

Special families
The town of Girouard has chosen to replace its traditional Christmas market this year with a Magic show. Jan Madd is a “Master Magician” with a 60-year internationally renowned career. After having accumulated distinctions and performances on major stages, he moved to Les Sables d'Olonne in 2020.
Saturday December 9, Jan Madd will delight the public with “Come and see the magicians”, an unmissable event for all conjuring enthusiasts!
Usually, fireworks are reserved for summer evenings. The Sainte-Flaive-des-Loups Festival Committee had the good idea to do things differently for its activities at Saturday 16 December.
After an afternoon “creative workshop” for children, Santa’s walk will lead to the Parc de la Chênaie from where the fireworks in honor of the famous gentleman with the white beard. To contemplate while eating the grilled mogettes which will be offered for catering on site.
Between Christmas concerts, children's workshops and last minute outings, you will always find an activity that you will like.
