• Modern kitchen completely renovated in 2023, 32 m2 double with direct access to the garden and terrace with barbecue (tables and chairs for lunch outside)
• 3 bedrooms with double bed of 160/200 or 180/200, one of which is 20m2, the other 2 of 12 m2 open directly onto the garden with large wardrobes and cupboards.
• Parents bathroom of approximately 12 m2 with double sink, bathtub and walk-in shower
• Separate WC

• 1 Office/TV room 20 m2
• 2 bedrooms of approximately 13 m2 and 15 m2 with double bed 160/200
• Bathroom 7 m2 with shower and WC

Our house is located in a village with all amenities (bakeries, tobacco/press, supermarket, pharmacy, banks with ATM, doctor's office, post office, etc.).
We are 30 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne, 20 minutes from La Roche sur Yon and 1 hour from Puy du Fou
The town has many walking paths.
Practical information:
The house can accommodate 9/10 people.
We do not want people smoking inside and no animals.
We pay particular attention to the quality and cleanliness of the rental offered to you, however we expect tenants to show impeccable respect for the premises.
Finally, we are looking for tenants only with children old enough to know how to swim.
All beds are made upon arrival, however I only provide towels on request (for a supplement of 10 euros per person)
