The cottage consists of a through living room opening onto a terrace.
Two bedrooms: one with 3 beds 80 x 200 (possibility of 1 in 160). The other with a 160 x 200 bed and 1 80 x 200 bed. Television. Safe. Alarm.
Bed linen option (15 €/person). Beds made on arrival.
Umbrella bed. High chair.
Bathroom with walk-in shower (large enough to accommodate a wheelchair). Double basin. Hair dryer, arrival kit (make-up remover, cotton, liquid soap, etc.). Bathroom linen provided.
Lingerie, washing machine (products). Separate toilets.
Optional end of stay cleaning (150 €).
Equipped kitchen, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, waffle maker-croque monsieur, raclette, crepe maker, electric pizza oven, raclette... For the coffee maker of your choice: Nespresso, Tassimo or filters.
Tea towels and oven glove provided.
Barbecue grill and gas plancha + charcoal barbecue.
The heated beach pool is gently sloping, then flat bottom at 1.50 m; very popular with toddlers and some people to overcome aqua phobia 9 mx 4 m from April to September (depending on the weather until October). Protected fishing pond (no kill). Hammock for the siesta under the shade of the oaks.
In addition, a sports hall is at your disposal: table tennis, table football, electronic darts, fitness room, bodybuilding, boxing punching bag… Volleyball area, badminton. Petanque.
In the barn adjoining the gîte, space dedicated to relaxation with jacuzzi (medical opinion: not recommended for children under 10) and American billiards, overhead projector, microphone speaker with 2 x 2 m screen for your favorite films or photos, karaoke, sporting events (bring your laptop). Board games, Hifi CD, Bluetooth speaker.
Dogs are welcome in this gite. Free.
