Located in the middle of nature, about 18km from the Vendée beaches. it is set in enclosed grounds of 5 m² with a gently sloping heated beach swimming pool from April to September (depending on the weather until October).
Ideal for stays with family, friends!
The two parts of the rental are separated by a veranda and a relaxation area with SPA, American billiards, video projector 2 mx 2 m (provide a laptop). The 1st part consists of a living room with lounge area and kitchen equipped open to the living room, a bedroom with 1 bed 160 and 1 bed 80, a second bedroom with 3 beds 80, a bathroom and separate WC.
The second part consists on the garden level of an independent kitchen, a living room, 1 sofa bed 160, a bedroom with a 160 bed with access to the bathroom. Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 beds 90 pushed together and 1 bed 90, and a bedroom with 1 bed 180 with shower room with WC.
In a natural setting, enjoy a moment of calm under the shade of the oak trees at the edge of the pond. Fishing allowed (no kill).
In dependence a gym is at your disposal: Ping pong, table football, electronic darts, petanque, badminton, fitness room, bodybuilding, boxing punch bag...
Dogs are welcome in this gite, free of charge.
