PRODUCER VISITS – FERME DE LA CHANCELLIÈRE

During the summer, go and meet our producers on their farm. You will then discover their profession, the simple pleasures of life on the farm and local artisanal know-how.

Visit the Chancellor's sheepfold and take part in milking the sheep. Jean-Luc Vadakarn will talk about the work of training a herding dog and, to end the visit, you will taste the delicious products (faisselle, fromage frais and tomme) with our cheesemaker Dominique Ursault!
