The Pays des Achards is a land of water. Nearly 80 km of waterways extend there. The main one remains the Lac du Jaunay, but you can walk or fish in the Ciboule, the Auzance and the Vertonne.
The Parc de la Chênaie lake is located behind the town hall of Sainte-Flaive-des-Loups. It is suitable for fishing: the card is necessary, it is possible to get one at the Tourist Office.
The Chênaie park has a playground (zip line, swing and spider) and a city stadium for older children. Enjoy the calm of its body of water for a picnic or a day with the family.
It is also a place conducive to local events such as festivals (Jaunay'Stivales), flea markets or fireworks!
