BREWERY LA PERCHEE

Attention beer lovers! The Pays des Achards now has its brewery with beers full of flavors while offering a family and committed concept.

Brewing tank, boiling tank and 5 fermenters allow the smallest brewery in the sector to produce nearly 250 liters of beer per brew.

Since the spring of 2021, the small company "La Perchée" has been making 8 types of craft beers with a moderate alcohol content and lots of flavors:
- a light and floral white with an infusion of elderflower
- a blonde with character made from bittering hops
- a blonde IPA with exotic and fruity flavors
- a sweet amber with notes of caramel and smoke
- a brunette with dark colors and coffee flavors
- an intense and delicious black with cocoa nibs
- festive beers according to the seasons.

These triple-fermented and refermented beers in the bottle are made from organic and natural ingredients and respect traditional recipes.

Beers on direct sale by appointment at the Brasserie la Perchée, as well as at "La Grange Perchée" during sales days. At Les Achards in the "L'atelier" cellar and in the "Chez Nini et Ferdi" grocery store.
