► Benjamin Cousseau, founder of the Distillerie des Achards and ambassador for major spirits houses, has built a reputation in the art of serving, dosing and combining flavors to concoct ever more inspiring and original cocktails . Winner "France" of the World Class Diageo 2017 (best bartender in France), he has worked in various renowned establishments in France but also internationally.
► Quentin is passionate about permaculture and a fine connoisseur of plants, roots, flowers, cereals… This philosophy, based on sustainable development, is an asset that he wishes to highlight in his work. Self-taught, he perfected the art of distillation to create and develop unique products at the Distillerie des Achards.
