Sale of beef on order
The EARL "Les Fontaines" offers several times a year packages of "Label Rouge" beef, to be ordered in advance by telephone and collected on site.
Cow meat: 4 to 5 times a year, in 6 or 10 kg packages, with processed or unprocessed products (minced steaks and sausages), vacuum-packed pieces.
Veal meat: twice a year, in packages of 2 or 7 kg.
