I raise organic chickens and guinea fowl on my small farm. Concerned about their well-being on a daily basis, I raise my poultry on grassy and tree-lined grounds. Beyond the label, I bring them all the comfort possible to meet their natural needs and their good state of health as much as possible, in particular using biodynamic, aromatherapy and phytotherapy techniques.
I also offer the reception of horses in the meadow. The structure will include a quarry and a tack room in 2023. The horses are in herds on 7ha of meadows (2 sites including one on the farm and one 500m from the farm by a path) with winter access to a stable open and hay at will. Land drained and dry in winter, shaded and humid in summer (access to a stream and two ponds).
I offer ready-to-cook or cut-up chickens and guinea fowl for sale. Sales take place on the farm on Friday evenings from 16 p.m. to 19 p.m. from mid-May to the end of November and at other producers in the sector (Mangibio, La Ferme du Grand Bois, etc.).
