Direct sale of beef and poultry
Wishing to promote local production, this family farm from several generations set up in 2021 the direct sale of beef and poultry.
Once a month, you will be able to buy poultry (free-range chickens, guinea fowl and capons) and parcels of Blonde d'Aquitaine beef, to be ordered in advance (preferably by telephone, SMS or Messenger) and collected from square.
The varied packages combine pieces for grilling, frying, simmering, minced steaks and sausages, according to tastes and desires (from 5 kg and from €13/kg).
Processed products: terrine of liver, sausages, chili con carne, beef carrot, rillettes, Bolognese sauce.
