In organic farming, they raise Manech and Vendéennes dairy sheep and conservation Fossés goats.

- Sale of tommes and matured drained cheeses (possibility of shipping the cheese).
- Sale of sheep, ewes, lambs and kids for approval

Markets in Clouzeaux and Beaulieu-sous-la-Roche (2nd Sunday of the month).
Farmers' markets (Nature & Flavors Day, etc.).
Friday afternoon on the church square in Girouard in partnership with La Fermette (market gardening).
