Pascal PERRAUDEAU offers packages of Limousine beef several times a year, to be ordered in advance by email or telephone and collected from the Traineau Maraîchage store where the point of sale is located.

The "Prestige" package only includes pieces to be roasted. The "Classic" package is a mix of roasting and boiling pieces. It is also possible to order processed products: minced steaks, chipolatas, merguez sausages, as well as different kinds of sausages (with herbs, basquaise, Mexican…) for a varied and tasty barbecue. It is also possible to order pot au feu and bourguignon retail.
Beef salami and chorizo, rillettes, liver terrines and canned Bolognese sauce complete the range of fresh meat. These products are on sale at the Traineau Maraîchage store, open on Sunday mornings from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 17 p.m. to 19 p.m.
