One (LE GITE) in a renovated stone barn and the other (LA LONGÈRE) in a stone house.
Located in the heart of nature, approximately 18 km from the Vendée beaches, it is located on a 5 m² enclosed plot with a gently sloping heated beach pool from April to September (weather permitting, until October). Ideal for stays with family or friends! The two parts of the rental are separated by a veranda and a relaxation area with a spa, American pool table, and a 700 m x 2 m video projector (bring a laptop).
The first part consists of a living room with lounge area and equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with 1 bed 1 and 160 bed 1, a second bedroom with 80 beds 3, a bathroom and separate WC.
The second part is composed on the ground floor of an independent kitchen, a living room, 1 sofa bed 160, a bedroom with bed 160 with access to the bathroom. Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 beds 90 pushed together and 1 bed 90, and a bedroom with 1 bed 180 with shower room with WC.
In a natural setting, enjoy a moment of peace and quiet under the shade of the oak trees at the edge of the pond. Fishing is permitted (no kill).
In dependence a gym is at your disposal: Ping pong, table football, electronic darts, petanque, badminton, fitness room, bodybuilding, boxing punch bag...
Dogs are welcome in this gite, free of charge.
Options: Bed linen €20 per person (bed made upon arrival). End-of-stay cleaning: €300.
