Spring break is coming and you lack ideas to organize your days? Here is our activities and tips to oxygenate and enjoy family time.
outdoor activities
Spring is here and with it the desire to step outside. Thanks to 26 labeled hiking trails, 3 cycle paths, 8 Geocaching courses and 2 Advenure Lab® courses, our Pays des Achards is the ideal place for outdoor activities. You can also test the course Disc golf les Achards or simply take a snack break on one of the many playgrounds.
The nature leisure park The Great Challenge* is known for its high ropes courses and ziplines over the water. But did you know that many other activities can be enjoyed with the family there? The “Le monde de Sylvain” treasure hunts and orienteering courses are accessible from 6 years old. “Russel’s Adventures” invites children aged 2 to 5 to discover forest animals. And pony rides remain a sure bet to please the little ones.
More unusual, you can try a donkey ride to the donkey farm in the morning Câlins Ca-ânes. The afternoons are reserved for walks with an unmounted donkey who will accompany you in the wooded surroundings of the Jaunay Lake.
Le La Garangeoire equestrian center is the ideal place for little riders and those who want to become one. During the holidays, qualified instructors offer different activities, ranging from baby pony to gallop preparation.

Sports activities
Le Aquatic Center of the Pays des Achards celebrates its 10th anniversary in April!
Here are the dates to remember:
- Two children’s days on April 24 and 25, with an inflatable course in the big bath and giant bubbles in the small bath. Snacks are offered on both days.
- Public day of April 26 with aquatic awareness, reading stories in the water, blind course, slide challenge.
- Rock concert on the evening of April 26 to swim to the sound of live folk rock music.

Indeed, the Extraordinary Vegetable Garden resumed its activity at the end of March, inviting you to discover rare, edible and surprising plants. With participatory workshops, fun trails, a children's play area and a mini farm, everything is designed to have an extraordinary time with the family!

Le Pays des Achards library network offers many free workshops for children: board games, painting with natural elements, reading time and DIY workshops... there is something for all ages and tastes.
The Beau Lieu de Jeux association organizes several fun events:
- Mars Terraforming Tournament on April 27
- Police investigation et afternoon games on April 28
For older children and teenagers, we recommend the Escape Game " The post " aux Achards, which invites players to put themselves in the shoes of inspectors to solve puzzles in a police station atmosphere.
