Walking and Hiking Trail (PR)
This rather shady nature trail gives you the opportunity to take a picnic break near the Garreau chapel.
The diversity of trees and habitats make it possible to observe some traces of small game.
In autumn and winter mainly, you will also see the mosses which, thanks to the abundant water, are very green.

Parking and departure
Multi-purpose hall car park (rue des Sources), at the entrance to Les Ouches du Jaunay green space. Descend towards the Les Ouches lake. Turn left at the bottom and continue along the banks. Further on, take the small footbridge on the left then go up towards the houses.

Step 2
At the Calvary in rue du Jaunay, turn right and continue along the street. Favor the sidewalk then the shoulder on the left. You can walk to the left, behind the guardrail. Take the bridge over the Jaunay river.

Further on, cross the RD 42 (be careful!) well at the top of the bend for better visibility. At the chapel of Garreau, enter the garden, pass in front of the entrance to the chapel and follow it to the left. After the chapel, go up the path to the left next to the picnic area.

In the village of La Taillée, take the road to the right, continue straight for 75 m, then take the path to the left in the bend. Further cross a small road and continue straight on the path.

At the crossroads, follow the agricultural track to the right, then 200 m at the fork, turn right.

Take the 1st road on the right for 1,8 km.

At the road, turn right then take the 1st road on the left towards Le Coudray.

Before the houses, take the agricultural track on the left which descends towards the Jaunay river. Take the footbridge to the right of the path, then go up the path opposite.

In the village of Lutron, cross the RD 55 (be careful) and continue opposite the road to La Borderie.

Turn right towards La Maronnière and continue the road. At the next crossroads, turn left, then quickly right into the dirt road.

Turn right at the agricultural path then left at the road. Be careful, you follow the RD 55 for 500 m.

On the bend, at the entrance to Martinet, take the path opposite and join Les Ouches du Jaunay. Near the body of water, continue opposite then to the left to go up towards the car park.
