Parking and departure
By the RD 12, cross the place called Le Moulin du Beignon. The car park is located after the village. Take the sandy path that descends next to the houses. Before the river, turn right, you will follow the stream. Near pond no. 6, go up the hill then turn left.

Step 2
At the crossroads, turn left. 30 m further on, follow the path to the left then go opposite to the next crossroads (leave the footbridge on your left).

Further on, climb to the right on the edge of the forest. After 750m, turn right to cross the stream. Turn left at the road and follow it for 200m.

Turn left along the path. Continue straight until the 1st footbridge, take it then turn right twice. Take the second footbridge then turn left.

Climb the path to the right then turn left at the top. Continue the main road to the RD 12 and cross it. Continue the lane opposite to reach the village of Beignon. Take the road to the right. Follow steps 2 to 7 of the Sentier des Mares.

Continue the road for 500m then turn right on the sandy path (Vendée Vélo route), then the 1st path on the left. Turn right 200 m to find pond n°1. Make a U-turn and take the path to the right. At the next crossroads, continue the path to the left.

Turn right at the crossroads to be on the edge of the forest. At the next intersection, turn right.

120 m further on, leave the main path to discover pond n°2. Go back to the main path and turn left. The next pond is 40 m away. Pass the picnic area and continue along the sandy path opposite. Pond No. 4 is around the bend.

Pass the wooden barrier and follow the main path for 800 m. Pond n°5 is to the left of the wooden fence.

At the farm road turn right towards the RD12. Go along it via the path on the right.

Cross the RD 12, then continue on the main path. Further on, continue along the path opposite.

Turn right, take the footbridge and go up to the departure car park.
