The Sentier des Moulins is a fairly physical course due to its distance and its elevation. However, it is ideal for clearing your head and reconnecting with nature. The banks of Lac du Jaunay with their diversity of natural environments are the ideal place to observe different animal and plant species.

Parking and departure
After the place called Bellevue turn right towards the car park (to park), then go down towards the lake, at the place called Le Pré At the edge of the lake, turn left, pass in front of the pontoon and walk along the lake towards Chateaulong.

Step 2
Leave the shores of the lake, cross the road, descend towards the lake and continue to the left along the shore. Continue straight on along the bank.

Take the Guitton footbridge and continue on the shore of the lake to the fishing pontoon.

At the intersection, take the agricultural track on the left, then turn 800 m further left again on the dirt track.

At the road turn left, then in the place called La Davière, continue straight on the dirt road opposite. At the lake take the observatory footbridge. Educational panels present the local fauna and flora.

At the car park, take the road to the right towards the Moulin des Rochelles then the path to the left in the bend.

Follow the road to the left then take the path to the right after La Girardière farm. Follow the hollow path.

Before the bank, at the small crow's feet in the sunken lane, take the narrow passage on the right which goes up towards a planted plot. Turn immediately right and continue the path on the heights of the lake.

On the road, take advantage of the panorama overlooking the lake. Go up the road a little and follow the path along the track and pass in front of the campsite.

Turn left and follow the main path.

Pass in front of the Moulin du Chiron and continue straight. At the road, go down to the right of the house, to be back at the starting point.
