The Vendée by bike is nearly 1 km of cycle paths! The Pays des Achards is at the heart of a new 800km cycle route which completes the network of cycle paths in the Vendée. It links La Roche-sur-Yon to Les Sables-d'Olonne and Brétignolles-sur-Mer.
This cycle route starts from the lake of Bibrou in Les Achards and joins Les Sables d'Olonne via the salt marshes of Ile d'Olonne and the forest of Sauveterre.

Bike reception areas have been set up on the route to facilitate breaks and enjoy the bucolic setting! This route allows you to discover different facets of the built and natural heritage of the Pays des Achards!
