A firm cheese, made from goat's and sheep's milk (or cow's milk depending on taste) and perfect raw or grilled. A concentrate of calcium and proteins for the body. A halloumi workshop, like at home, to create a unique cheese, like you!
The Halloumi Workshop
During this workshop you will discover how to make this tasty cheese dough that does not melt! Ideal texture for your sandwiches and salads, cold or to grill. The cheese tasting will be accompanied by a glass of kefir and the homemade cake of the moment. An entire program !

During this workshop, you are accompanied by Marie and David, two passionate about Life through Food, Coaching and Hypnosis. They welcome you to a warm place where Simplicity, Relaxation and Fun reign. A space of time where the relationship with food is transformed.
